Is ad spend included in monthly cost?
No, the ad spend is an additional cost on top of the monthly management cost. Ad spend varies based on your budget, niche/industry, and the strategy we choose.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We strive to provide the best results possible for my clients given your budget, niche, & the market. If your business doesn’t succeed, neither does my business. I want us both to succeed!
Do you guarantee results?
It’s really impossible to do that… human behavior and ad platforms are always changing. BUT my goal is to create ads that are successful and use data to drive my decisions to get the best results possible.
Do you offer other marketing services?
Yes, we also offer branding (logos), website design & video editing - please reach out for packages and pricing.
When do I pay for services?
Services are paid upfront on a monthly basis before any work starts. You can start at any time and it can take 3-5 weeks to get your ads running (it varies per project).
Do you create all the ad images & videos?
Yes and no. We have designers on my team that help us create ad banners and videos for our campaigns. But we need high quality images and video clips for this. Stock images don’t connect with people like images of you and your staff/office/services. So we work together on creating great assets for our ad campaigns!
